Have family in area and have stayed at this hotel several times. Price is reasonable and the staff is helpful and friendly. we had business in the area. We stayed for 5 days and there were 2 rooms for our group. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. This was our second stay at this Hampton, and we were very pleased. There is a lot to do in the area. It is very close to shopping and restaurants.... more

this is a nice clean hotel and the front desk staff is friendly. Our room was fine for the one night stay. The price of the room is some what high considering the area. It would be nice if they offered a shuttle service to and from the outlet mall which is across the street. The breakfast was just fair. more

The hotel management apparently do not want Good Guy Car Show registratants at this hotel. No security and cars were damaged after an altercation with management, after they approved use of the water hose, and then threw guests out of the hotel after using the water hose. This was during the August 2007 Good Guys show in Columbus. Beware! more

I stay at Hampton's and Holiday Inn Express' almost exclusively because they are usually clean and comfortable with the basic amenities such as iron/ironing board, hairdryer, upscale soaps & shampoo's, larger tv's and micro/refrig. This is a nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights in a non smoking King, Starwood Preferred Guest room on the second floor. Efficient checkin, clean, upscale hotel. Only con is no elevator, only stairs to second floor. Some noise in the halls on Saturday night, but that's not the hotel's fault, just loser hotel guests. more
