Stayed for three nights.Nice bar and excellent cuisine in the restaurant. Fillet steak,Cod & chips ,cooked breakfast plus smoked kippers for breakfast i.e "proper" smokies not the yellow ones you see in a supermarket.Guests will not be dissapointed.Rooms a little on the small side particularly the bathroom although we understand they are all different.Plenty of free safe parking and free... The first thing to say is this is not a hotel, but a pub with a popular restaurant and rooms. It's on a road, which while not busy, did seem to be a bit of a magnet for local idiots with car stereos and uncontrollable urges to toot their horns at midnight. I guess Seahouses is a bit boring if... More

Nice hotel, easy to find, very close to shops and amenities, we had room 1 which faced the front, double glazing ensured silence from the road. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We had 3 gripes - the bathroom door catches on the floor, nothing a small amount of sandpaper can't fix, and the noise from the radiator or cistern... More

We stayed here on the weekend of 10,11th and 12th of July. We had let the hotel know we would be arriving at 2pm but when we went to reception (15 minutes early) we were told our room wasn't ready and could we come back in half an hou (all this conversation via an intercom in reception). When we got... More

We have been staying here for several years both as a group of golfers and individuals. The staff are excellent they make you feel welcome and special. Not only do they look after you they do it with a sense of pleasure, going out of their way to be as helpful as possible, it seems nothing is too much trouble.... More

Good hotel but bathroom was on the small side. Bed comfortable. Restaurant welcoming with good food. Enjoyable two night stay. Thought the room might be a bit noisy as ear plugs left for the guests but had a quiet nights sleep! Would consider using again

This was our first visit to Northumberland. We spent 5 nights at Links Hotel, in a very comfortable twin room in the annexe. Our room was quiet, well fitted out and had a large newly fitted en suite with loads of hot water! We chose Seahouses as our centre as we wanted to visit the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne. We... I am a keen nature photographer and wanted to visit the Farne Islands while my wife and I were in the UK. It seems the accommodation is limited in Seahouses but we booked a room at the Links Hotel for 2 nights. The room was compact with very little space once bags are installed. The bed was comfortable but the... More

The Links is affordable and convenient and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. From checking in to the time I left I found nothing to be a trouble for them. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and breakfast was really excellent.(Thanks Tanya and Michelle). Having forgotten my iPhone charger it was no trouble for... More

the Links Hotel is. Smart modern hotel in the heart of Seahouses. As the name suggests it is almost next door the golf course. It is also near the sea and the beautiful Nothumberland hinterland. It is quite popular and thus busy but nevertheless quiet at night. The staff are cheerful and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. My room... More
