This is a great stop over B&B for day one of a three day Coast and Castles bike trip. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with access to bath for a relaxing soak and bike store. Excellent selection of real beers with enjoyable meal and almost too much breakfast - difficult to get going on the bike for... More

This place is home to the worlds smallest bar (apparently) - and it is a small place! Cozy but quaint in the lovely village of Seahouses, the food was nice enough. Worth popping in if you're in the area then wandering down to the harbour. Lovely beer garden over looking the harbour also.

In the 1930s they renamed the picturesque fishing port of North Sunderland Seahouses as it was tourist friendly. The place then became a bit too touristy but the Ship has clung onto to its Olde tag almost to remind you it was always here. Alongside the Swallow smokehouse behind, these are the two outstanding offers of the town where most... More

I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are friendly and made me feel welcome. I booked late (mistake) and had to take what was left! The first night I stayed in the Chapel Row Cottage (£67 single occupancy) which is a self-contained flat to the side of the hotel. Twin beds, lounge, bathroom and a kitchen. It was nice... More

My daughter and me stayed in the harbour view suite, and my brother stayed in the bungalow suite. They were both amazing. Each had separate bedrooms and a lounge so it was perfect to relax in the evening after a busy day. The breakfast was excellent and kept us going throughout the day. We didn't eat other meals in the... More

This is a great inn with character. Room and bathroom were clean and modern. Our room had a sea view and was very quiet. Food was great. All staff were friendly and efficient. Good location near the harbour, and a good place to stay to visit the surrounding area.

My wife & I stayed for two nights (Fri & Sat). The room although small, had charm & was clean. The bathroom was large with a choice of shower or bath, & was lovely & warm on a cold weekend. We decided to eat in the restaurant n both nights & had booked as other reviewers had said it was... More

Overall good. Diners only after 6.45pm be warned and book! Even midweek in April bar was full. Nice choice fish dinners although my husband had the trio of fish and the salmon was literally 2cm square! We asked for more and 2 further squares arrived! Bit odd. Nevertheless, good service by cheerful landlady and nicely prepared food served very efficiently.
