We can't fault Ugiebrae. We stayed in room 1 with a lovely spacious bathroom. It's at the front but the road is quiet and you're only a few minutes walk from the town centre and the harbour. Hans is a great host and his local knowledge is invaluable for travellers. The breakfast is among the best we've had anywhere.

Stayed for 3 nights last month and was really impressed with the quality of this b&b. We stayed in room 1 which was a good size with a large bathroom. Everywhere was spotless and the owner Hans an excellent host. There is a good choice of breakfasts which should suit anyone. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation... More

My friend and I have just spent 3 nights at Ugiebrae House and found it the perfect place to explore the Northumbrian coast from. We had the twin room which overlooked the pretty garden and was very quiet and peaceful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and nothing had been overlooked, including a torch in the bedside drawer! The light spacious breakfast... More

Just got back home from a lovely week at Seahouses. We stayed in room 2 at Ugiebrae House and could not fault it. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean. Hans was the perfect host and the breakfasts were great, lots of choice and well presented. Can recommend the creamed mushrooms! Would definitely return for another stay. Everything first class.

I go on a pilgrimage to the Farne Islands every year and always seem to end up in a different B&B - usually because I book so late, therefore I have tried many……. This is the best I have stayed in. Hans is a great host and the rooms are beautifully decorated, as is the whole property with its interesting... More

Stayed in Seahouses to visit the Farnes. Hans made us feel very welcome right from the offset. Our room was decorated beautifully, and the breakfast menu had excellent choice, especially for myself as a vegetarian. And on going down to breakfast the following morning the food we received was first class, faultless and of such a high standard. I really can't fault anything... More

I stayed in room 3 which is located on the too floor of the house, everything in the room was done to perfection, tea and biscuits in the room, beautiful shower room, very clean and all in all a brilliant room! Hans, the owner was an absolute delight! On the breakfast menu, there was a lot of choice, and everything... More

A group of 6 of us ranging in age from 18 to 60+ stayed at Ugiebrae House at the beginning of June for 2 nights. I was in room 2 which is the twin room. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, well furnished and the breakfast is varied and delicious, including a choice for vegetarians. The rooms... More

I have just returned from a two night break with my Mum at Ugiebae House and I wanted to add our review and comments straight away. I am not surprised this bed and breakfast has so many positive reviews and I am sure many more will follow mine. We stayed in the twin room which was immaculate, comfortable and well... More
