lovely B and B. Bedroom very comfortable and homely. Bathroom small but very smart and clean. Cooked breakfast good, basic choice of cereal. Only had semi skimmed milk, which I hate, but that is my preference. Breakfast is only served for a short period of time as it is in a home that is lived in. Very clean and tidy.

Spent 4 nights in July at the Old Manse Guest House. Really quiet location yet in easy walking distance of the centre of Seahouses. Room was clean and comfortable and appreciated the lovely biscuits and coffee/tea topped up everyday. Full English breakfast was lovely and I really enjoyed the fresh kippers I had one morning. Graham was only too happy... More

Very friendly owners[but not in your face] Clean comfortable accommodation in a character building. Excellent breakfasts with good choice. Only gripe was we are used to a larger bed than a double but the lack of a larger bed did not spoil our stay in any way..Would reccommend to anyone.

We spent two nights in Seahouses as part of a mid-March trip along the North East coast, and The Old Manse B&B was the perfect base. Our en-suite room was spacious, light, and very clean and comfortable. Despite the fairly frequent snow showers, we were very warm and cosy. Coming down for breakfast in the morning to a prettily laid... More

In this stunning part of the country, we found the Old Manse to be an ideal, relaxed spot from which to explore. The owners take exceptional care and the room was, pleasant and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious. Parking is easy and it's a pleasant walk to an amazing beach. A very relaxing place to stay.

We had a lovely time; a friendly welcome, a beautiful room with everything we needed and more, wonderful breakfasts, good advice on the local area - a really relaxing holiday. We'll have good memories to help us through the winter!

Very enjoyable stay - a gem of a B&B in a fantastic part of the country. We would echo the many other comments about the friendly service, great facilities, superb breakfast and good location. Highly recommended.

We had intended to stay at another B and B, but the owners had to close due to serious illness, so the Old Manse was a last minute change to our plans- we fell on our feet! Quiet, our room was bigger than its picture on this site would suggest. The beds were more comfortable than many expensive hotels, and... More

The Old Manse is a truly lovely little - only two bedrooms - bed & breakfast in Seahouses. I really could not have asked for more in a B&B - comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, a splendid breakfast and hosts who were actually interested in what we were doing (and were, upon request, quite prepared to make recommendations about...
