We stayed in a twin room which was spacious, clean and comfortable.Despite being close to the A1 the farm was nice and quiet.Robson and Julie were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. We would definately recommend this Farm House and stay there again. more

My wife and I only stayed the one night but found the farmhouse an excellent place to stay. It certainly lives up to it's 5 star ratings ! It's close enough to the A1 for driving to Morpeth or further afield in Northumberland but quiet enough to feel as if it's in the middle of the countryside. There's also an... more

Stayed the night in the twin bedded room. Clean, tidy, warm and comfortable all the little 'extras' were included. Breakfast brilliant. Near to all amenities but still in a quiet location. Will certainly consider again more

Niall and Fiona MacAonghusa; Myself and Fiona have 3 young kids and we have just returned from 2 weeks holiday in the cottage . Robson and Julie could not have been more helpful; Robson gave us the benefit of his extensive local knowledge, offering very useful suggestions on where to visit and what to do to keeps the kids entertained.... more

In absolute agreement with other visitors - Cheviot View is a gem of a farmhouse B+B. Spotlessly clean and spacious, it had all you might expect, with some nice extra personal touches, such as fresh milk in a china jug on the hospitality tray, instead of those awful plastic pots. I have just come back from Cheviot View B&B ( found it on trip advisor) and just wanted to recommend it to anyone going to either Newcastle (about ten minutes away) or to the tourist destinations of Northumberland.
