Travelled up to Morpeth for a wedding and Ricky showed us to out room overlooking the moor, which has a fantastic view. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was a great start to the day. Very helpful host and I would recommend a stay if you are in the area. Thank you Ricky for looking after... Spent a night here as we had travelled for a wedding at Eshott Hall. The owner (Ricky) was very helpful and a genuine nice guy helping from the start with the booking right through to even dropping us off at Eshott hall in his own car. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds and nice En suite. Breakfast was great and... More

Stayed for one night and had a comfortable stay. Everything is as has already been said on recent reviews. i particularly liked the range of fresh fruit available at breakfast. The one thing i didn't realise was that it isn't in a village or town, and there's no public transport, so we had to drive to get a very good... More

Great stay, my husband and I hope to return again soon. Immaculate, extremely comfortable, charming host, knowledlegable about the area and very helpful. Breakfast 'a treat', plenty of choice. Would recommend. Well done Ricky.

Stayed here for a few days. What a fabulous place! It is clean, comfortable and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. Also it was nice to have a single room which had a decent sized bed in it and a large bathroom, and I didn't have to pay a 'supplement' for the privilege. The... More

My friend and I stayed one night in a twin room on the ground floor. Wonderfully comfortable with beautiful view of countryside. House was immaculate but interesting. Breakfast was better than most hotels, with linen, lovely crockery, wide variety of good wholesome food, all homecooked. Excellent host with attention to detail beyond all expectations.

An excellent B&B. Fantastic attention to detail. Large comfortable room. Modern bathroom. Large screen TV. Complimentary bottled water as well as usual tea/coffee. Good breakfasts - lots of nice touches, such as assorted chopped fruits. Sensibly priced. Would thoroughly recommend.

We spent a single night here and were allocated the attic room, which has been fitted out to an exceptional high standard and easily exceeds a lot of Hotels. This room has superb views over the adjacent countryside and well worth the extra flight of stairs (plus it's very peaceful up there). Breakfast in the conservatory was perfect. Two outstanding... Loved this place. Comfortable and friendly, nice room with really clean linen and a fresh feel to everything. A banquet for breakfast. Nothing too much trouble. The location is great for the delights of Northumberland we are going on to visit Craigside and Brinkburn Priory. Would come back.
