Fantastic reception on arrival big smiles and warm greetings , and from there it went down hill , very tired hotel , dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, its a shame fantastic location , building and staff just let down by outdated grubby interior.

Stayed at Longhirst Hall last night on the Wine and Dine offer. Found the staff very helpful and friendly.
