Carol and Jamie were so welcoming. The B and B was very comfortable and very clean. Our bedroom was a delight with a comfortable bed, good wifi and excellent shower facilities. Breakfast was perfect: delicious, relaxing and plentiful. Thank you for a great stay.

I stayed here on new years eve and new years day along with my partner and my parents in another room as a getaway. The hospitality was amazing and we didn't need or want cor anything. Carole was more than helpfully along with her partner Jamie who was a great cook and fixed us up with more food than you... More

My wife and I are regular visitors to Holy Island. We found Bamburgh View on the Internet and thought it looked really nice. We have stayed there several times now and have never been disappointed. Jamie and Carol are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation is first class.... More

Outstanding service, nothing too much trouble for Carole and Jamie. We were made to feel so welcome when we arrived, tired from our journey from Hebden Bridge,Yorkshire.Carole and Jamie were helpful and friendly, but we felt we also had our own space to enjoy our visit. The perfect balance really! The breakfast was second to non and cooked with super quality ingredients and just as we... We wanted a quiet few days away by ourselves and where better than Holy Island? We arrived mid afternoon just after the causeway had opened and were welcomed by Carole who showed us to our room and explained the facilities. This B&B is a converted cottage which has just three rooms for guests, this means the rooms are on the... More

We planned to return to this outstanding bed and breakfast in April, but at the last minute a back spasm meant I couldn't travel. Carole was so sympathetic despite our late cancellation. so six months later we treated ourselves to an autumn weekend stay. The weather was superb as was our stay at bamburgh view. A comfortable room with bed... More

The final stop at the end of our walk along st Cuthbert's way. Carole and Jamie were very welcoming hosts, advising on places to eat for our evening meal, letting us leave our cases until the afternoon on the day of departure. Altogether, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We appreciated the fair trade tea and coffee, local produce... More

My friend and I had a lovely stay here. Carole and Jamie are so welcoming and chatty. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to you both.

My sisters and I stayed here for one night on our celtic pilgrimage and found it to be very charming. The hosts, Carole and Jamie, are exceptionally friendly and Jamie cooks a great breakfast to order! They're like old friends. Comfortable beds, great upstairs bathroom directly next to my bedroom. The other bathroom was ensuite. Nothing lacking - they've thought... More

Walking St Oswald's Way north to south means that you end up on Holy Island feeling whacked but triumphant. What you need is a friendly welcome, a hot bath, a comfortable bed and a good meal. The first three were instantly available at this pleasant little b and b and the last was arranged courtesy of the good offices of... More
