We stayed here for our 33rd wedding anniversary in Room 1. Alan and Carol were very good hosts with good knowledge of what to do in the area. The room was immaculate and the bathroom with it's double Jacuzzi bath was outstanding, breakfast was very nice and ample.

An excellent three room B&B. The hosts, John & Maureen, are welcoming and leave you with the impression that nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are spotless with all the facilities you could need, and car parking is ample. Breakfasts are superb, and sometimes accompanied by John on the Organ. In short, a gem of a find, and... More

Nearest place to the fern island , to see the puffins in flight and full view! What a show they put on! This seahorse had a room on the ground floor, my own shower and toilet, great breakfast and coffee/ tea machine, and milk, waiting, own key, miso very nice, clean tidy

Maureen & John were both extremely welcoming and we had a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is very rural but not far away from Berwick or the many attractions of North Northumberland.

We stayed here for the start of walking the St. Oswald's Way/Northumberland Coastal Path. Really friendly, comfortable and clean B&B. Good location, great breakfast and good value. Nothing was too much trouble and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, spacious twin room. Everything immaculately clean. Very pleasant and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast with all you could wish for including home-made jam. A good base for Lindisfarne Island and other attractions.

Spent two nights here in early June. This is an immaculately kept home in a beautiful, quiet area several miles from Berwick and with ample parking. The only sound we could hear were the chirping birds. Our ensuite room was not that large, however the bed was comfortable and there was sufficient storage both in the bedroom and bathroom. There... Stayed with another couple for two nights. They had the large room with ensuite and except for the bathroom being on the smallish side, they were happy with their room. We had the other double bedroom which is fairly small but would have been happy to stay there rather than move to the two single beds the second night. We... More

On behalf of my husband and I, I would like to say what a little gem of a place to stay. Andrew, my husband, chose this place and he did well. We were greeted by Maureen on arrival with a lovely cup of coffee/tea and fabulous scones and jam Andrew fell in love with (rhubarb and ginger) The room was... More
