I have stayed at the inn before when I got married so when we decide to go away for christmas last year it's was our first choice. I love coming here the staff are always amazing, nothing is ever to much for them and the food was outstanding! I wish we could have stayed longer. Always feels like a home... More

My wife and I decided to extend our stay around the Seahouses area and booked The Lindisfarne Inn, not realising it is also in the same chain as The Bamburg Castle Inn we stayed in immediately before. For this reason, we found our room to be comfortable, but not on the same level as The Bamburgh Castle Inn. There is... More

Did not stay in the hotel just stopped for food Stale bread, no butter on stale bread, cold tea and no sign of manager to deal with complaint ? was left to very nice young girl to sort out shame when a place right on the road to one of the biggest tourist attractions in North Northumberland (ie Holy Island... We went here on New Year's Eve after driving for 6 hours. There were four of us, as we entered the bar we were advised that we couldn't stay or have a drink there as it was a private function. There were two locals at the bar that even said, surely you can serve them. There was plenty of room... More

Our 2nd time at this fabulous Inn during Christmas. Arrived Christmas Eve and stayed until Boxing Day. Staff were very friendly and helpful - such a dog friendly place. The accommodation in the chalet is fantastic - very clean, cosy, warm and homely. We stayed in Room 5, very comfortable and only £5 for our dog. We ate in the... More

This was our 3rd visit, the rooms are very clean, beds really comfy, great choice of meals and ample portions, we were made very welcome by all the staff. Even our dog enjoyed it, separate room for dining for people with dogs.

Warm welcoming inn well located on the main A1 junction for Holy Island. We chose this as it was advertised as walker & dog friendly. We found a nice cosy booth near the bar ideal to keep our enthusiastic cockerpoo away from bothering other diners. We chose our food and placed the order however when the barman spotted our dog... We have just spent a relaxing break at the Lindisfarne Inn and can't praise it highly enough. Our room was clean and cosy with a very comfortable bed, modern en-suite and tv. We had half board and were very satisfied with breakfast and evening meal. The hotel is dog-friendly with a dining room designated for dogs and their owners and... More

Having phoned to check the availabilty of breakfast and been told that it would be available until 11 am we arrived at 10.30 am to be told..sorry we've run out of breakfasts....after several requests we were offered beans on toast or just toast....luckily we had one well mannered girl rather than a tableful or hungry boys! Surely the kitchen should... More
