We've stayed in Beadnell a number of times, but have only visited the Craster Arms for meals and a drink - we have never stayed there. Most recently we visited a couple of times during a holiday in early May. The Craster Arms bar is a no frills sort of a place, but we've always found it to be friendly...

Called at the Craster Arms a couple of times during our stay in Beadnall. Nice beer garden outside and dog designated area just inside.
The Black Sheep ale was great and the food nice - crab sandwiches recommended.
Nice staff, no complaints.

Had Sunday lunch at the Craster Arms. Plenty of choice including a couple of roast dinners, full menu plus specials. Roast pork and roast beef were fine.
Excellent choice of puds including 6 chocolate-based ones.
This place is well situated, has good beer and food and yet, unlike so many other pubs in Northumberland, it is still great value for...

Stayed at the Craster last weekend. The room was spacious and comfortable, imaginative use of space, great en suite. The breakfasts were superb, cooked to order and Michael and Chico were very flexible about the time we arrived for breakfast...we could've had the food brought to our room too! Well trained staff, friendly and personable without being intrusive. We ate...

Eaten at Craster arms many times Never been disappointed. Well only once when the electricity went out. On this occasion it was no different food excellent and at a reasonable price. Staf friendly and helpful. Many people with dogs as were we. Recommend it to anyone with a family and pets needing somewhere to eat.

We stayed near the hotel & used the hotel a good few times when there. We had 6 adults & 4 children & the Craster couldn't have been more friendly. All the staff were polite & full of banter (which us Scots like). The food was lovely, the service was ideal. Reading the negative reviews surprises me as we had...

Let's start at the beginning ,waited 10 minutes at the bar to put order in.then waited 1hr for meal to come.Half the meal was missing as they had run out of potatoes.Served by 15 year old girls that didn't really know what to do.The meat was overfilled, the manager shouting at the young girls.horrible experience...

Just had 4 days in Beadnell in a cottage and was looking forward to village pub to spend some nights in, the Craster Arms just doesn't deliver it , got the fire but is lacking in the country feel , tables and chairs, awful needs some comfortable seating , it was like sitting in someone kitchen !. Need to make...

We arrived cold, soaking wet and windswept after a long walk along the cliff tops from Embleton.
The warmth of the pub and the welcome from the staff soon thawed us out.
We both had Sunday lunch (very good value at 3 courses for under £13.00). The food was delicious and plentiful with a huge choice of traditional desserts.
Having...
