Called in for drinks around 5.30 on Monday night and having glanced the menu decided to eat here, as vegetarians we were pleasantly surprised at the interesting and unusual choices. We chose the roast pepper and chilli risotto and a vegetable in black bean sauce dish with rice - both were delicious and attractively served. The three members of staff... More

Called in on the way back to Sea houses from a day out, on recommendation from other reviewers of trip advisor. We weren't disappointed the food was brilliant and the staff were polite and efficient. We called in at 5 ish on a Friday and there was plenty of tables vacant but by the time we left it was beginning... More

Excellent meal for one early evening at this pub in Beadnell. Really good range of good on menu. My burger was very good as was the caramel ice cream. Warm and friendly service and felt very comfortable as solo diner.

We had recently visited the Tower, the other pub, and had a very good lunch so thought we would try the Craster Arms as it had longer opening hours and a garden. Called on spec, for a drink and snack. The cod goujons were interesting in that the fish was over cooked and the batter flabby and undercooked. We had... More

Stayed overnight for husbands 50th birthday. Had a fabulous meal in restaurant. We stayed in a lovely room with bed in one end, double doors into a living room and adjoining bathroom. Carpets were grubby but everything else was clean. Entrance hall and stair carpets were really dirty, made us worry what our room would be like. We were kept... More

Thank you for your your review and im pleased you had a fantastic meal I wish we were able to vet all the customers visiting our AA**** Guest Accomodation unfortunatley this is not possible, on the occasion that you visited us we did have those guests that every accomodation provider dreads. They were subsequently charged for damage and excess mess... More

I stayed here on 25 April 2015, excellent reception staff, the room was perfect, clean bright and airy. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. We struggled to get a taxi to our destination in the evening, the staff kindly made a number of telephone calls for us and the owner, Michael, kindly drove us and refused to take any money.... More

Excellent experience eating here! The staff were very helpful managing to find us a table despite being exceptionally busyon Good Friday. We had gigantic fish and chips, cooked to perfection and very tasty. Atmosphere lovely due to the friendly staff and prices great. Overall a brilliant pub meal!

Staying locally we dropped in for a late lunch. A nice traditional pub, with a warm welcome, good service and substantial portions. I had a well cooked flavoursome (medium rare) steak; the other half had a roast beef lunch. The latter had its strengths and weaknesses: light and crispy Yorkshire pudding and a large portion of beef, undermined by the... More

We stayed nearby in a cottage, but discovered the Craster Arms early on during our 2-week holiday when we went for a superb evening meal. After that every morning for us started with a early morning long walk on the beach with the dogs and then onward to the Craster Arms for breakfast. There was a choice of cereals, fresh... More
