You have to walk back to the bar after being seated, to get a drink, and for subsequent drinks. The food arrives in fragments, not together (for example my pulled pork arrived 5 minutes after the burger it was supposed to be on). The table next to us asked for vinegar so the waitress fished through our used sachets to... More

YOUR REVIEW IS IMPORTANT TO US WE ARE ACTING ON IT NOW! Over the past 4 weeks due to increased popularity we have been faced with serving over 2500 customers per week. Although the majority of our valued customers leave extremely happy and return again and again, there remains an important issue. This increase has caused us problems both in... More

Visited this pub on 16th June. We were a party of 6 arriving around 13:30 hoping to have lunch. Despite it being a nice day some of the outside tables had not been cleared of bird poo and cigarette ends. The rude barman did not seem to want to serve tea for two of our party and the Black Sheep... More

Thank you for your review We seem to have failed you from the outset and for that I’m sincerely sorry. What have we done about it...? Our garden is enjoyed by hundreds of people each day during warm spells. During mid June we do fight an ongoing battle with the nesting birds in the trees surrounding our large beer garden.... More

Visiting the area, and had heard good things about this place. Have to say the service and food was disappointing, I had the meat pie, when it arrived it looked a big pie, there was hardly any meet in it, veg was cooked to a pulp.

Stayed 2 nights here and very impressed by room 1. The only room with a bath it had a nice sitting room and lovely bathroom. Friendly, hard working staff serving giant portions of great food with live music Fridays and Saturdays to top it off. Will stay again! Thanks.

We called here while doing a walk along the coast and so pleased we made the effort for the short walk into the village. The pub is very smart and the beer garden was great for chiling in on a lovely sunny day. Never ate but the food looked good. There was dogs and children enjoying the facilities. Great pub.

Room was great. Plenty of space and loved having the choice of breakfast in the room. Unfortunately bottles being collected at 6am and then an endless beer delivery at 8am made for a slightly unfortunate -and early- start to the day. Friendly and helpful staff.

Visited whilst staying nearby recently. lovely pub but a shame that not much choice for gluten free - not even jacket potatoes. It could be greatly improved & would encourage more gluten free people like myself to return & champion on our support web sites as we are always looking to recommend progressive eateries that provide a few choices for... Hungry, Family with a dog? Try the Craster Arms in Beadnell.. Friendly & very efficient staff served our 'starving' troops very promptly in this bustling foodie pub with a real cross section of fares at very decent value. My wife & I had 2 of the specials (liver & onions, Thai curry) whilst the rest had home made steak pie,... More

Really average food. The menu choice looked good but what came out you'd expect from a Wetherspoons. Real ale kept really cold so you couldn't taste it. Average service. Not sure why people are raving about it. A busy, family restaurant, not a place to chose for a nice meal out.

Although I did not stay personally at The Craster Arms, I was the person who booked all the rooms for the overspill of our party of 24 who filled more than 1 hotel in the area! Everyone who stayed was highly complimentary saying the rooms were spacious and very comfortable indeed. They also had breakfasts there and said they were... More
