We have stayed at Burnfoot on several occasions. It really is a retreat, an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The welcome is warm and friendly, the rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy, the food is.........simply the best!!!! The little extras such as a fridge in the room, with a jug of fresh milk in it, kettle, coffee. tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. A TV, hairdryer, two spotless white towelling dressing gowns in the wardrobe, plenty of towels and toiletries. So peaceful and relaxing....you'll sleep like a log and wake up refreshed!!!! more
