I stayed at this hotel with my partner for a weekend treat. We thought the accommodation beautiful, bed most comfortable and all areas spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The full english breakfasts we opted for were delicious but there was also plenty of other breakfast options to choose from for the more healthy food opting folk... more

we booked for a hotel (as advertised)but was a 3 bedroomed pub car park difficult/at back on steep slope/had to then walk long way to front entrance in the rain/back door shut /food ok/good in evening /only one wine choice/ breakfast not as advertised/no menu/no fruit platter/no yoghurt/ no fire on cold day/ bed room very good new decor but... more

Spent a couple of nights here at the end of May. The room was in excellent condition, it had been refurbished a couple of years early and still looked like new. The staff were friendly, the lamb roast dinner was fab...... reminded me of mum's, all in all a lovely hotel to spend some time more
