My friend and I stated x2 nights for a wedding on Saturday at nearby Ellingham Hall. Our room was clean, comfy and cosy - just what we needed! Tracey & Neil were lovely and friendly. We definitely recommend staying at the coach house. (The only thing to be mindful of is if you need a taxi since most drivers seemed... More

My husband, my son (aged 3) and I stayed here for a local wedding and stayed 3 nights. We booked direct and we loved it. We felt relaxed the moment we got there and had a very warm welcome from tea and homemade cake. The morning of the wedding we had a fab breakfast to keep us going and I... More

We had a very enjoyable stay with Tracy & Neil at their lovely B&B which is clean, comfortable and provided a good base for visiting all the wonderful attractions Northumberland has to offer. Breakfast was a real treat and the added extras of daily fresh milk for tea/coffee with fresh donuts and flapjacks were a nice touch. Tracy & Neil... More

What a place! Total heaven. We arrived late Friday night to a warm welcome and delicous ginger cake. It just got better. We were shown to a wondeful room, with a huge comfy bed and everything you could ever need for your stay. The next morning a fabulous breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room looking out across the field and... More

My Husband and I stayed on Saturday 1st August as we were attending a wedding nearby. Tracey welcomed us. She was so lovely and friendly and when I said I'd forgotten to bring a bottle of wine with me she promptly produced a glass for each of us. How kind and totally unexpected. Our room was comfortable and bright with... More

Easy to find as well signposted off the A1. Tracey and Neil made us feel very welcome and brought us fresh milk and home made ginger cake on arrival which was still warm and enjoyed it immensely. Room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with locally sourced produce. The recommendation for a meal at the local pub... More

Cannot fault this place at all. The owners are both lovely and made us feel very welcome in their home. We were given the family room, which is a very spacious room, it is beautifully decorated with a good size en suite and lovely views across the fields to the sea. The bed was very comfortable and a good nights... More

Second to none, the couple, Neil and Tracey were lovely and welcoming. Neil works on the boats that go to Farne, so just ask, and he will book a trip. Want a kipper? He will get it. Best breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Only downside, a way a way from anywhere to eat in the evenings, entails a drive.

Lovely warm welcome as usual. Comfortable modern room and hearty breakfast leave you ready to explore beautiful Northumberland. Tracey and Neil can't do enough for you to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The proximity of the A1 is a great convenience for exploring and no road noise can be heard at all. Looking forward to staying here again
