Excellent location in Alnwick. Very quiet yet only 2 mins walk to town centre. Plenty of eating places recommended by Tom and Audrey, all were good. The facilities at Greycroft are excellent. Breakfast in the conservatory was an ideal start to the day. Would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to family and friends. more

We had a great 4 days staying with Tom and Audrey . We were made so welcome on arrival with a cuppa and a chat in their beautiful cottage garden before showing us to our comfortable room .Breakfast was excellent with something for all tastes . Audrey and Tom give hospitality their all, and Greycroft is certainly hospitable, from the unusual entrance (through the conservatory where you will admire the garden during breakfast), via the grand hall and stairs to your plush room which has all you'll need for a comfy stay. We stayed for a few nights as part of a UK tour. Having stayed in many B&B's we found Greycroft to be as good as any. The rooms were terrifically roomy and comfortable.
