Stayed her during my charity walk from Edinburgh to London and the owners were both very kind and welcoming. I stayed in a lovey clean room with a bath! Fantastic nights sleep. Very helpful and I would recommend staying here, it is an out building which is very sweet. Nice village easy access to A road. Thank you for your... More

I used Late Rooms to book a double room for Sat 5th Sept 2015. I booked this at approx 3pm Sunday 14th June. On the strength of this booking I have now made other plans for both Sat 5th Sept (bodyflight Bedford) and Sundy 6th Sept (Rockingham Raceway). Now I do not have a booking for this room. The B&B... Found the owner was not that helpful , knocked her door 3 different times and no one answered even thought lights on and dogs where barking. When we arrived we said we'd like breakfast ,but also stated we usually sleep through early breakfast slots and here it was 9.15 finish, so said we would try our best, but didnt order any... More

My family stayed here this weekend, it is a lovely B&B. Unfortunately we were late checking in but the owners were very accommodating. We stayed in the family room which had enough space to set-up our rather large travel cot. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was served in a pleasant dinning room.

I booked here due to being in the area on business. I baulked at the price of other B&Bs, found this and booked. I did not expect much due to the cost, but I just wanted somewhere to sleep. I turned up much later than I advised them but they were wonderful! My room was spacious, very clean and airy.... More

Loved this place, my room was a good size, as was the bathroom. B&B is located in a lovely little village within easy reach to Kettering. Sandra and Jim were very welcoming and the breakfast was spot on. Definitely would stay again, no hesitations at all.

Sandra and Jim are excellent hosts, welcoming and obliging. Breakfast, optional but don't miss it, was all you could possibly want. The bedroom was spacious, warm and spotless, the en-suite was a bit cramped due to the large bath. I would have preferred a shower, which some of the other rooms have. Excellent TV but the WIFI was temporarily not... More

I really enjoyed my stay in this little village B&B. The owners are very friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. I had a continental breakfast that was just what I needed; I particularly liked the home-made plum jam. I had dinner in the Wheatsheaf pub across the street that was good and extremely convenient. The... More

Good location. Decor is looking a bit dated in bedrooms but good value for money. Excellent breakfast and nice that it's an optional extra with flexible serving times. There's a pub right across the road that serves good food.

Picture postcard village, with a hidden gem in the middle. Perfect B&B with all the facilities of an overpriced budget hotel, but with the personal homely touch. Stayed on a Monday night, think I was the only one in but nothing was too much trouble. Room was large with free Wifi, good sized bathroom with shower and plenty fresh towels.... More
