My friend and I pre booked and visited for afternoon tea via a groupon voucher on Saturday 30th August, as we often visit various places for Afternoon Tea and thought we would give The Bridge a try. we were shown to the lounge area and to a table, on first impressions this was quaint but once sat down we realised... We informed the hotel we would be arriving around 3-4 am as I couldn't finish work until 11 pm the previous night. This was not a problem for them & the manager himself stayed up to wait for us. We had our two Rottweillers & our Jack Russell with us & they were made to feel at home, the restaurant... More

Where do I start? I think the whole place needs a bit of a spruce up, it's all a bit on the shabby side. Very creaky floorboards so you can hear everyone in the corridor. Room very hot and a bit smelly! Our beds were not made or our teacups washed and we were left with damp towels (2 between... More

Just back from the Bridge Hotel after having Sunday lunch there. It's a carvery buffet and it's well worth the money. Two or three courses, I had the beef and it was really nice. It's not the cheapest but I thought It was well worth the money and I'm sure we'll be back. Now looking forward to trying their 'mid... More

We held our wedding ceremony and reception for 60 guests at The Bridge Hotel 25/07/14. The venue was perfect, we chose to have a cold carvery buffet which proved to be an excellent choice as the day was very hot. The food was delicious and was presented beautifully, all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their food. The... More

I was ill when I arrived but I was treated with such kindness and helpfulness. The service from the receptionist (Steph) the best service I have ever had anywhere. The breakfast was very good and the room was nice.

From start to finish this hotel managed to disappoint. The photos online make this place look lovely. However don't be misled. The whole places is tired the carpets need replacing the walls need fresh paint. Then we walked into are room. Small and even more tired. With this damp smell. Even tho it was incredibly hot. This rooms need to... More

Similar to one of the other recent reviewers, I stayed at the hotel during the Grand Prix weekend. My teenage son and I checked into a twin room (108) for two nights bed and breakfast. The hotel looks like a picture postcard from the front, but once inside, the whole place looks dated and in need of a lick of... More

We stayed here for two nights b&b whilst visiting Silverstone for the Grand Prix. We booked via booking.com which stated check-in was until 10pm but we had to check in around midnight as we were meeting friends first. We phoned ahead and this wasn't a problem. We were allocated room 106. It was a fair sized room but it was... More
