Had a lovely night here, staff all very friendly and helpful, especially one young receptionist called Kira, happy smiling and as helpful as any receptionist we have ever met. Stayed here on a Saturday night - hotel is just off of the A14 in a business park - but once inside you could be anywhere. Rooms are spacious, clean and have a power shower and air con...although I didn't realise this until the morning as the controls were well hidden. Ate in the restaurant - food was very good... more

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago when travelling on business. Good service, good room spec, good food and a great spa to relax in. Everything about the stay was excellent even the chauffeur car, XEC-UK from Stanwick, that picked me up from the airport and took me there. more

This hotel is excellent, very nice rooms. Restaurant is one of the best I have had the pleasure of eating in. Nice bar (bit Pricey). The spa facilities are also very comprehensive.
