A dump of the first order! Stayed here the last few days while working down here. The breakfasts are a joke and my colleague who has a room down the hall developed a really nasty rash. He went to the hospital and was told, "Change hotels and don't go back". Need I say more?

We stayed here for one night which was enough. The hotel is tired but they have upgraded parts of it. The staff were very friendly and the room a reasonable size. The bedding was clean but the mattress was stained beyond belief with no mattress protector. My wife slept on top of the covers! The continental breakfast was limited but... More

I stayed at this hotel on 7th and 8th February 2014 with my husband and daughter. After arriving at the hotel we went to our room which on first appearances looked ok. I tried to draw the curtains but they did not cover the window and we couldn't get any hot water for a shower. I spoke with the gentleman... More

The outside was non appealing, dirty, broken windows and generally shabby! Receptionist of foreign origin was smiling and polite but unsure of what she was doing. Ignorant African man behind reception also counting money. Room was dirty and old hair clip found on floor, TV remote did not work and toilet would not flush. Curtains were filthy and everywhere was... More

03/09/2013 I stayed at this hotel, the website made the place look like a nice clean, well looked after hotel, to mine and my colleagues horror it could have been any more different. The exterior was shabby, clumps of painy and plaster missing, dirty windows etc, however we continue to venture inside as it was all paid for, the reception... More

Stayed on Saturday as unable to book another hotel due to the demand from people attending Silverstone. Had seen poor reviews but thought how bad can it be for one night? Unfortunately we found out. The hotel is not only shabby but in a generally poor state of repair with water stains on many of the ceilings. The rooms were... More

The double room at the front I was booked into, was clean and the furniture ok. The overbath shower was somewhat of a trickle as opposed to a shower. From the outside at night, you look at the hotel and think .... eeek!!! I parked in the carpark at the back and the receptionist asks you to type your reg... More

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. All fittings and fixtures are either very tired or broken and the bedroom and bathroom were not very appealing to the eyes! We chose the hotel because of it's central location, but I would definitely not stay here again and would choose to pay more in a different hotel and sacrifice location... More

It was my son's 19th and he wanted some friends round for a party, and it was also my partner and my anniversary, so we decided to have a night away not too far from home and as we didn't know Kettering but its only an hour away we chose this hotel on a special last minute offer. It was... More
