It is hard to know what to write! On arrival we were greeted by 2 nice receptionists and the news that the gas boiler had broken and there was no hot water and also there was no chef so the restaurant had closed. The wifi was also out of action! In view of this we had been upgraded and given... More

Arrived for one night last week. Room was fine - clean conformable and good size. Fairly modern and no issues at all. Check in was fine - bar man and receptionist checked me in all very painless. They even came up as I forgot my wifi code. Fine sleep - but of noise from corridor but nothing too bad. Breakfast... More

I had the "executive suite", which is an expensive collection of spaces with little in them. The desk provided means you have your back to the window, so there is no light to the desk and no lamp on it either, you have to work in the dark. Bathroom is good but bedside lamp hanging off and you have to... More

I stayed at the hotel as my mother is in intensive care at the local hospital. There are not too many choices in Kettering. The hotel was overall ok (if a little grubby) given my urgent circumstances, but is well located to Kettering centre (which may or may not be a good thing depending upon your expectations). Wifi temperamental. Staff... More

Stayed here this week after being booked in by the firm. On reflection after reading the reviews I was a bit dubious about staying. Check in was good. Shown ti my room by a nice young lady. The room was clean and tidy with all you need. View was a bit crap but as im only there to sleep was... More

Central hotel which is easy to find and having with on site parking. Bar area was quiet but breakfast was good. Rooms clean and tidy - mine (114) had a good sized bath and modern boutique style finish. Good sized flat tv with free wifi. Good value for money.

I wish we were able to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately they overbooked and, with very little apology, stuck us in the Royal, down the road. I have never experienced such poor service from a hotel. By the way, if you would like to know about the hotel they decided to choose for us, see my review: http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g504022-d320758-r215193089-Royal_Hotel_Kettering-Kettering_Northamptonshire_England.html#REVIEWS

Dear Sebhere Thank you for taking the time to write a review following your visit to The Naseby Hotel. We are a little confused as The Royal Hotel has been closed and only very recently reopened. We have investigated and found that none of our guests had been sent to The Royal. If you could provide us with some more... More

Checked into our room to discover mould and damp all over the ceiling. The room was dated and very uninviting. Got moved to another room and asked for room service. Was told they were unable to offer this service. They advertised this on the website. This hotel also comes under the name Best Western and having complained to them they... More
