I have been to this Holiday Inn a number of times now with business and must say that everytime I have had a more than satisfactory stay. The staff are very pleasant and make the stay as easy as possible when I am away from my family. Check in is efficient and runs smoothly as well as the dining experience... more

We booked a night at this motel to break our journey and avoid the busy Friday night motorway queues. We weren't expecting much, thinking of it as a travelling salesmen type of place, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was superb, and the food (especially the self service breakfast) was excellent. There was... more

Booked on a dinner experience package for 2 nights. Check In was fairly straightforward. We were given a room on the first floor. t check in we were told that there was a function and we wouldn't be able to have dinner in the Restaurant but told that we could have room service instead. The executive room was quite pokey... more

Just been to this hotel on a weekend package. Very good value for 1 night dinner and 2 breakfasts. Free use of Gym and swimming pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi. Read some bad comments here but I must say that room was very clean, enough towels and also had a pillow menu if you wanted any other than the std supplied.... more

This Hotel is situated just off the M1 motorway on the quiter side of the DIRFT terminal. it was easy to access, but if your arriving late then it's quite dark and the entrance is not lit too well. The rooms were of average size and were nothing special. Front of house staff at check in were quite curt however... more

OK hotel but poor service in the restaurant / bar. The location of the hotel is great if you are arriving by car but there is nowhere in the local area you can walk to. Rooms are fine, the executive rooms have a minibar and safe and the standard rooms dont, other than that there isnt much difference. Some of... more

I guess the appearance and layout of this hotel are its worst features. It's a very dull 1960s building with the rooms some way away from the reception (through a rather curious walkway over part of the car park) and a fitness centre at the end of lots of corridors. I've stayed twice - once back in 2005 and again... more

Stayed here for a couple of nights on business. Room was absolutely huge with a massive bathroom. Complimentary water and soft drink in the room each day even though it was a standard room. Staff friendly and food was OK. Definately one of the better Holiday Inns I've stayed in. more

I booked a executive room and had low expectations as I had never stayed in a Holiday Inn. The hotel was easy to find, nice lobby, great room with everything I would expect from a better hotel : Bathrobe, slippers, mini bar, room service, a range of pillows to order, nice lighting, great selection of pay per view movies.I felt... more

This former Forte Post House, now owned by Holiday Inn has been well re-furbished inside; outside the hotel is rather ugly but set in pleasant grounds – that unfortunately overlook two enormous supermarket distribution warehouses. Our Executive Room was quite small with no proper desk area. As two men travelling together, staying in a double room, we suffered the usual... more
