Great welcome even though we had just finished the coast to coast and were a bit scruffy. Lovely clean room with fantastic en suite. Very tasty and huge breakfast the next day and 11am checkout so time for a leisurely pack of the bags! more

We stayed for 2 nights at the B&B. What a gem! Everything was superb; the bedroom could not be faulted. Breakfast excellent, whole place attractive & spotless. We spent a couple of nights at the Manning Tree and would highly recommend it. in all the places we have ever stayed ,none match the superiority of this place, from a very freindly welcome, to the almost clinically clean bedrooms,to the breakfasts to die for & in the surroundings of one of the best places in the country we strongly recommend a visit.
