What a great guest house. We stayed in room 1 and it was excellent. Very very clean, very comfy bed and a very nice bathroom. Helen and Ian made you feel very welcome. Great hosts. The breakfast was fab. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed at this guest house, the friendly outstanding service keeps me coming back, I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone who wants is visiting the Richmond area. I will be visiting again in the near future.
