spent just one night at this hotel and paid extra for a "Premier Room", their words on the advertising not ours, First the good; staff were attentive and pleasant. Not sure where some of the more negative reviews come from? Just stayed over for 2 nights and i'm not sure if i could fault the experience. Check in was prompt and a table was reserved straight away, even though we cheacked in at 8pm on a friday. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast wasn't included in the room... more

we stayed one night bank holiday sunday . we had sunday lunch which was spot on beef was realy nice. we were then given our room which was in main hotel. room and bathroom nice for only £39! staff where very helpfull would recommend this hotel to anyone. well done very one at kings head at masham take bow! more

Paid around 100 pounds per night for B&B, rooms could be cleaner, better maintained. Bathroom only had bath, no shower. Hot breakfast took a long time to order and much longer to be served.
