Just back from a 2 night relaxing visit to Loxley, excellent bed and breakfast, location is ideal with fantastic views, I never got bored of looking out of the windows at the sheep! We had room 1 which is a lovely spacious room and the beauty of it is the breakfast room is literally next door! Our room had a... More

The perfect place to stay, peaceful, great views but right in the centre of the village. A warm welcome and a stunning room. Immaculate, many personal touches and doors on to the garden. Room 2 had a bath with shower and everything you could need including an umbrella! Breakfast was very good with fresh, good quality produce. Perfect friendly hosts.... More

10 of us stayed Fri-Sun and had a perfect time. Awesome views, we enjoyed sitting out in the gardens after our walk and nothing seemed too much trouble for the hosts. Thoroughly recommended. Delightful, well equipped room and extremely central for pubs and shops. Faultless

It's the best B&B I have stayed at. Lovely people, really knowledgeable about the local area and they have thought of everything. The room was awesome. Delightful views and perfectly located, and a fantastic breakfast. As good as it gets!

The B & B is ideally situated has fabulous views, the décor is modern and tasteful. The room was spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need plus more! The attention to detail and customer service was outstanding.

Just rety Urged fom a two night stay and we had a lovely time despite the weather. We stayed in room 5 where our dog was able to be with us. A lovely pack for our dog was a nice surprise. Carol is a very gracious hostess and she serves a lovel hearty breakfast. The room was very clean and... More

As other reviewers have said, this is truly one of the loveliest B&B's we've ever been to. We stayed in room 4 and it was absolutely stunning. Amazingly comfy bed and underfloor heating in the bathroom, chocolates and yorkshire tea on the refreshments tray! Breathtaking views from the bedroom, yet only a flight of stairs away from the centre of... More

Everything about it was lovely, great room, our dog was welcomed and well-catered for, breakfast was fantastic, served in the dining room with beautiful views. Carol and Keith were perfect hosts. We went walking at Ingleton Falls and found the most fantastic tea room in the village there, Florence & Flumery or something like that, well-behaved dogs welcome too. We... More

We stayed for two nights over the New year in the 'doggie room'. At first we thought that our dog was better catered for than us!!! But then we realised what the true meaning of a B&B is!!!! What a fantastic place. Great location, very clean, modern and our host (Kieth) could not have made us feel more welcome. Even... More
