We've just returned from a week in the Kontiki beach house - a fantastic week due to the weather and lovely access to the beach - but I would stress that you double-check where your property is situated...as previous posts suggest - no one wants to holiday on a building site. Our 'beach' house was opposite a bleak bit of... More

Have to say that I agree with much of what's been written by others both positive and negative. Some facilities are a bit like an afterthought (kids play area is very poor indeed). Build quality in the apartments is typical new-build (ie not great). Shop closed weekends. Activities seemed a bit overpriced for what they were. Nice beach but no... More

We stayed here and where lucky to be away from the building work which is taking place on one side of the complex. First impressions on driving in where great. It realy looks very good and like a little village. On arrival though after a long drive our town house wasnt ready, so we had a look around and got... More

The wife booked a weeks holiday here through Hoseasons for my birthday. We arrived Friday afternoon and was given the keys to No 18 Perran Court. Upon opening the door to the flat the heat about knocked us back, it was cooking that's without the heating being on. We had the windows open 24 hours a day, the curtains closed... More

We stayed for a week in one of the cottages. Although there is still building work going on the disruption is minimal. The whole area is really well maintained and cleaned regularly. Our cottage was so well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and we used the tennis courts every day. All the staff we came accross in... More

As a local person I use the pool most days. It is in my opinion the cleanest and best run pool any where in the area, including the two nearby towns. The staff are helpful and will go the extra mile for customers and best of all it is fabulous value for money.

Had a really nice time. Our first family holiday with an 11 week old. All the space we needed for our cot bed. (Think they have one available if you need one) free use of pool onsite a great bonus. 12 mins walk to the beach or 2 min drive. All very friendly and quiet, will be looking at going... More

Stayed at 'Helm' accommodation, 4 adults, 2 youths and 2 dogs. Surprised by lack of people staying there given that it was July. House very clean and adequate space, no cloths for cleaning or hand soap. At the price we paid, expected wifi in the house, unable to get mobile internet in the area, have to go to pub/leisure centre... More

We visited for the first time and loved it. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was plenty big enough for the two of us was lovely and comfy. We visited the pub which was nice though we didn't eat there so cant comment on the food. We would stay again and would recommend it x

'The Bay' is bright, clean, well kept and ideal for families, we went for the 2nd year running and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is excellent if the weather is good (as it was this time) as we were able to spend several days on the beach, which the kids loved! Periwinkle, the apartment we used in Sunrise Drive, is nicely...
