Having spent holidays at primrose park for about 3/4 years, when arriving this year found the park looking a bit tired and in need of some litter picking. Our caravan was suppose to be "deluxe" we was told we had been upgraded from a standard plus which was booked because of bringing a dog, which makes that rule a bit... More

Spent a week at Primrose Valley from the 11th August, very clean site, caravan was excellent, luckily we got good weather but if it had been bad the walk to the entertainment centre would have been bad as the site is huge and our van was quite a distance away. Found all the staff to be polite and friendly, especially... More

Holiday park was brill with loads to do, staff were great very friendly and professional. My niece and nephews loved the activities. Food was good and reasonably priced with not a lot of waiting! Will Defo be back there next year. The caravans were clean and tidy with up to date mod cons which was nice to see

We stayed 3 nights over bank holiday in spacious super deluxe caravan with 6yr old and 2 yr old. There was plenty to do for kids but most things are extra and you could easily spend a fortune. However kids had so much fun and did various activities. Also filey beach is lovely and great for sandcastles....would definitly visit filey... More

It was a last minute booking for me my husband two kids and mother in law. We needed a caravan adapted for my wheelchair bound mother in law. I rang Haven and was reassured the caravan was appropriate for her. It was perfect, a ramp into the caravan, wide doorways, a wet room and lots of room to move around.... More

NEVER AGAIN!!! to think this has been voted your best site! Devon cliffs is so much better!! There was dog mess everywhere, rubbish blowing around because the bins were over flowing, broken Tarmac on the paths, security to enter site was poor, I drove down the bus rd and no one stopped me!! The beach looked close, but wasn't, the... More

Hello, Thank you for leaving a review about your stay with us. It was such a disappointment to hear from a guest who hadn’t enjoyed their holiday especially given that we have had such positive feedback lately. We came here on 22nd of august and were meant to leave on the 29th, to celebrate my 30th birthday. however it's now the 24th and we have left! The caravan was disgustingly filthy, smelly and covered in dust. Is was freezing on the 1st night so we went to get the spare duvet and it was covered in stinky... More
