Great long weekend break, beautiful location, stunning beach, great staff ! My partner is disabled (wheelchair bound) and we found the site easy to get around and the staff very helpful. We loved the on site pub The Mash and Barrel , good food ,value for money and nothing was too much trouble for the amazing staff , a big... More

Booked Primrose Valley through a newspaper deal thinking that it would make a good base for exploring the Yorkshire coast. I paid £40 for an upgrade giving us a deluxe + . The caravan was spotless and everything worked, beds were incredibly comfortable, location beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment was awful but the kids enjoyed the swimming and the... First things first: It is expensive to holiday in the UK. This is the case whether you stay in B&B, hotels, caravans or holiday parks, and especially if you have children. Want cheaper - go off season, cheap week in Spain or day trips from home. Your holiday will be affected by the quality of the caravan (complain & request... More

Really good break again, 2nd year running . We stayed in a prestige caravan each time and this year we had 2 for 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 children aged 12, 9, 6, 5 and 6 months and it's good for all ages. After just reading reviews on here I feel some people expect too much. If you... More

Very clean park. Lovely, friendly staff. Have stayed on numerous occasions, in various accommodations. The park offers fantastic facilities to entertain the kids (and the adults) regardless of the weather. The cost of caravans during school holidays is on the high side. As are the prices in the on site shop but there are supermarkets close by. The on site... More

Just returned from a 7 night break at Primrose Valley. We had booked this site as it was Haven's Park of the year 2013! As a family with a 1 year old and 4 year old and travelling with 3 other families we had certain fundamental expectations! (1- Caravans beside each other like sites on the continent, 2- clean caravans)... More

We stayed here Friday 18th to Monday 21st July. Myself (32) my mum (ahem) my two sons (7&4) and my nephew (5). My mum paid over £400 for the trip which provided for a 3pm check in. Issue no. 1 when we arrived at our caravan the cleaners were still in it, this was after 4pm, and following a 2... More
