This hotel was exceptionally clean and very quiet. Ideally situated on a retail park with plenty of food options for a meal - Pizza Hut, Frankie and Benny's, Marks and Spencer (food hall and cafe.) Tesco opposite and plenty of shops! I've stayeed ion plenty of Travel Lodges before, but this was the best - highly recommend.

Very close to main motorways but far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of life round about for eating & shopping due to being in a retail park M & S next door & football ground at the rear, Tesco extra across the road McD's & Pizza Hut all within 1 min walk. We took a taxi for £5 along... More

We did not stay at the place due to a bereavement and then fot T/L having the cheek to send a questinaire how we felt about their business a bit rich . We tried to cancel 10 days prior to the stay and was told NO due to the early booking deal . So beware of booking early .We could... More

my partner and i stayed here for two nights, room was clean and tidy, had t.v,but could not see now and next,or get a menu up,i think the only thing it was lacking was a toilet brush,to clean the pan after use,all lights in the room were very bright, even the ones at the side of the bed, could have done with a dimmer... This travel lodge was spotless, it was very comfortable and in a good location for eating out. The price was unbeatable for what I wanted which was a short stay in a clean, comfortable place,it was very quiet at night. Parking was free and there was ample space.

This is an inexpensive hotel but it needs to do better. Whilst the available staff are pleasant, the overall experience is poor. My bed was not made after my first night's stay. There is no catering in the hotel other than ridiculous bags of (unhealthy) food offered for breakfast. The surrounding business park does, however, have tolerable eateries. The wi-fi... More

This is a typical Travelodge so you know what you're going to get - clean, basic accommodation but limited facilities. There are a number of places to eat within easy walking distance but this does mean a lot of traffic. Also, the hotel is very close to the end of the M181 which means that there is a lot of... More

We arrived and booked in. The chap behind the reception desk, seeing that I was disabled asked if I would prefer a downstairs room and an accessibility room. The room was clean and large and the walk in shower was brilliant. Recommend the Fayre & Square pub, which is walking distance, for food. Reasonable value and very tasty. Also the... More

Booked Scunthorpe Travelodge as an overnight stay to see Dirty Dancing the stage show of the popular film at the Bath Halls Theatre Scunthorpe because it was only a mile away. Arrived at 3pm saturday just as the football fans were going into the ground. I thought it would be very difficult to park but the receptionist's initiative & superb... More
