This travel lodge was spotless, it was very comfortable and in a good location for eating out. The price was unbeatable for what I wanted which was a short stay in a clean, comfortable place,it was very quiet at night. Parking was free and there was ample space.

This is an inexpensive hotel but it needs to do better. Whilst the available staff are pleasant, the overall experience is poor. My bed was not made after my first night's stay. There is no catering in the hotel other than ridiculous bags of (unhealthy) food offered for breakfast. The surrounding business park does, however, have tolerable eateries. The wi-fi... More

Just stayed for 2 Nights and for the money I was pleasently suprised. Staff were pleasent and the room ws clean and tidy. I was visiting family and needed just a bed really and this more than met my needs. I will definately be staying here the next time I'm in this part of the UK

This is a typical Travelodge so you know what you're going to get - clean, basic accommodation but limited facilities. There are a number of places to eat within easy walking distance but this does mean a lot of traffic. Also, the hotel is very close to the end of the M181 which means that there is a lot of... More

We arrived and booked in. The chap behind the reception desk, seeing that I was disabled asked if I would prefer a downstairs room and an accessibility room. The room was clean and large and the walk in shower was brilliant. Recommend the Fayre & Square pub, which is walking distance, for food. Reasonable value and very tasty. Also the... More

Booked Scunthorpe Travelodge as an overnight stay to see Dirty Dancing the stage show of the popular film at the Bath Halls Theatre Scunthorpe because it was only a mile away. Arrived at 3pm saturday just as the football fans were going into the ground. I thought it would be very difficult to park but the receptionist's initiative & superb... More

We have stayed here several times over a number of years to visit family. On previous stays we did find some issues, usually concerning beds. As this Travelodge has been refurbished since our last booking here, we were pleasantly surprised how much better everything is here now ,compared to previous stays. There were only a couple of minor issues with... More

This was a stopover on the last night of 10 nights away from home and this hotel was chosen on the basis that it is the nearest to Gainsborough where we had business earlier in the day. It is located next to Scunthorpe United's football ground and is effectively in the middle of a big retail/food outlet park. If big... More

Stayed here for one night to attend a wedding. Arrived early and our party were able to check in for a fee of £10 per room. Normal check in is 3pm. We got in at 1pm. The room was spacious with a double bed, TV, tea and coffee facilities and space to hang a few clothes. Bathroom had bath with... More
