We stayed here last Bank Holiday having travelled up for a family wedding ... Very clean indeed , great value for money And a perfect location . Will definately stay here again . You can purchase breakfast here , but there are also plenty of places within moments where you can get something yo eat .

I have stayed here in the past so knew what to expect locally but there has been some changes to the interior of the hotel the rooms have undergone a refresh and the bed's are more comfortable. Things that could be better, 2 of us staying but only one chair and that wasn't very comfortable, only 30 minutes free Wi-Fi... More

We got a really nice welcome from Dale. The single rooms proved excellent value at £39. We stayed on the upper floor the beds were firm rooms were spacious and clear just right for a short stay weather on business or pleasure. The hotel is on the fringe of town but has many modern shops and restaurants. Tesco, petrol station,Frankie and Benny's(great... More

Room 10 is behind reception and their door slams loudly, well past midnight on my stay, preventing sleep and when I raised it they said yes it is loud isn't it, no offer of refund/reduction even though they knew I was kept awake until 1am. Apart from that the hotel is nice, clean and no other issues, nice staff

Thank you for your feedback. It is great to hear that you found our hotel to be clean and that our staff were friendly. We do ask all of our guests to keep noise levels to a minimum so it is regrettable to learn that you were kept awake by internal noise. Your feedback is invaluable and we have taken... More

Stayed there for a night recently and I was very pleasantly surprised, the standard of the hotel was really good, nice big modern room with a nice bathroom. The guy who booked us in was absolutely lovely and very nice and helpful, I would definitely stay there again. My only slight criticism is that you only get 30 minutes free... More

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 3 years as we have family in the area. Getting a room at the back of the hotel used to lead to sleepless nights as fridge wagons used to park there. There has now been parking restrictions put in place to stop this so I would imagine it's alot... More

No issues at all with the actual hotel - staff very friendly and very clean and tidy - but you must be aware that there is a 24 hour McDonalds right in front of the hotel also Pizza hut, KFC, Frankie & Bennys and Farmhouse Pub in the vacinity - ask for a room at the rear of the hotel... More

Wasn't expecting much considering price we paid, but it was in the location we wanted and we were pleasantly surprised. Bed/pillows/bedding were all spotless and obviously new, shower was powerful, plenty of hot water, warm room and very quiet considering position in retail centre. Parking can be a bit of an issue when there's a football game on, but we... More

we stayed at travel lodge instead of premier only because it was the side of town we needed to be. Their advert about no sleep till bed time says it all. It was very sparse, we only say one member of staff on arrival and that was it for the two nights we stayed. the room should be used as... More

I stayed here for one Friday night, expecting the worst, it actually turned out to be much better than expected, clean room with windows that closed, was quiet too, despite being in close proximity to a 24 hr McDonald's, also there is a pub next door that serves all day food, I ate there on the evening of, had a...
