We had a lovely overnight stop at Oak House while walking the Viking Way and would highly recommend it. The bedroom felt spacious, the bed was comfy, there were plenty of seats and a large shower room. Once we had settled in Jo made us a pot of tea, served with some of the nicest scones that I can ever... More

We stayed at the Oak House a couple of weeks ago and had a really lovely stay. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Jo who made us a very welcome cup of tea along with some biscuits. The room was spotless and came with a good variety of teas and coffees, there were even slippers and bathrobes provided.... More

We have now been to this B&B three times and it is superb. I could run on for ages waxing lyrical about the service, room and breakfast. Instead all I'll say is that I plan to go back, and if you are looking for a quality B&B in Horncastle, this is definitely worth a look.

Oak House is situated in a leafy, peaceful area close to the amenities of Horncastle. We received a very warm welcome from our host Jo. We had a lovely large room which had a sitting area and large en suite shower room. Jo is delightful - kind and caring. She grows her own vegetables and makes bread, preserves and the... More

Jo showed us to our double room with ensuite shower. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfasts where amazing with local produce, even home made jam, marmalade,... More

The Oak House is located closed to the center of the little town of Horncastle, in a very quiet place. The service was perfect, and the owner very kind and careful. With a lovely typical english decoration, you will find a tea service within your room and a nice view on the garden. The rooms are perfectly cleaned (every day).... More

We stayed at this lovely B&B for one night recently whilst working at the nearby Cadwell Park racing circuit. We were made very welcome and our double room served its purpose perfectly. A variety of dining options in nearby central Hotncastlr are only a short walk away, but the B&B is in a very quiet residential location which ensured a... More

We stayed one night at this BnB and were made to feel very welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was made with delicious local produce. Jo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay for which we are very grateful.

We stayed 1 night at this excellent B&B, owner and hostess Jo was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming, tea and cake on arrival. We needed an early start the next day, no problem for Jo who cooked us a lovely breakfast with everything we wanted. Lots of nearby evening eating places within a short walk. Altogether a great B&B, would... More
