My wife and I stayed at Thorngate B&B the night before a trackday at Cadwell Park. The owners were extremely helpful on email, and on the phone beforehand. We stayed in the caravan in the grounds as all the rooms were taken. The caravan was great and the welcome was excellent. The cooked breakfast was very good and provided at... More

I have to say that both me and my partner thought this B&B was great. It was a last minute decision to stay here, and fortunately there was room at the inn! We stayed in a lovely comfy double room with ensuite bathroom, and from the moment we arrived were made to feel very welcome. We enjoyed a couple of... More

The B&B is an annex to a house, set in a very pretty garden. The room itself was well appointed and clean, with tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit available. It also had it's own outdoor seating area. The lady and gentleman who run the B&B were very friendly without being intrusive and I had a very fine Full English breakfast... More

This has got to be one of the most relaxing locations and comfortable B&B's ever. Friendly welcome and confortable surroundings and after a good nights sleep a breakfast of my choice (and at a time to suit me). I wouldnt hesitate to return and will do whenever I am at Cadwell - many thanks - Dave

This is the best B&B we have ever stayed in and beats majority of *4 hotels for food and comfort . Sarah & Paddy are very friendly and will do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs from the hens in the garden .Dinner also was very good value and quality . The garden... More

I went to Thorngate for a long weekend after a very busy month. I arrived feeling exhausted and rather 'jangly', but after three nights there I drove back to London feeling refreshed. The first thing to mention is the location in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds - very peaceful and very beautiful. People think Lincolnshire is flat and boring... More

Set in a beautiful country village in the heart of Lincolnshire Thorngate is arguably the most homely B&B we've ever stayed in. Sarah and Paddy gave us a very warm welcome and certainly know how to look after their guests. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable but it was the extra mile that they had gone to that... More
