Pleasant accommodation (even though the room numbers are all jumbled up), good food, nice staff and a free guest gym - all within walking distance of the town centre and train station. Can't ask for much more for the price.

Great hotel but phoned Reception on 1st night to order breakfast in room and was told they were short staffed so if We wanted breakfast in our room we would have to come and get it ourself ! Not good when you have a special occasion !

This review pertains to the restaurant rather than the hotel. The food was excellent with lovely and original vegetarian options. The service was also excellent, with our host being very friendly, helpful and humorous.
