I thought the rooms would reflect what I have seen already in the bar........ Far from it the room was small shabby and very... More

Not what I expected from previous reviews. This is a reasonable contractors hotel but does have some issues. I had single room with ensuite. Although room was adequate it did have some minor issues. The shower head needed changing to give a decent flow and toilet was too close to radiator to use correctly. Tv kept losing signal. Apart from... More

Ermmm.... Where to start? I am going to mention first one good thing (so I will be a moderate negative reviewer). The location. Very good location, in the center, very close to the see and Cleethorpes Pier, very close to the waterfall and also Rossy Castle. But this hotel itself has a very poor standard. My room was a very... There is only one good thing to say about this and that's the good central location. The price quoted for 2 adults and a 5-yr old was £78 for the night B+B. I said no at first (stayed elsewhere in Cleethorpes 2 wks earlier for £35 -less than half this price and it was 100% better but it was full).... More

The Holmhirst, is a beautiful hotel with its own full bar and Tapas restaurant, located directly on the sea front with a stunning view of the estuary, I had a wonderful stay from the start with a very warm welcoming from the owners. They take true pride in customer service. I was shown to my room and told if there... More

Stayed here for a couple of weeks recently for work, and can only recommend the place. Very unusual, nice and clean, good breakfasts and great service. Weird but well worth a stay.
