A fab guest house with all amenities needed including face cloths in the bathroom, I have never had face cloths even in the big hotels so this to me was a bonus. Lovely owners who adhered to any request. Breakfast fab, no complaints there and the room (4) was brill massive bathroom and a lovely comfortable bed. It is a... More

This spacious and well decorated guesthouse is well worth consideration. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, welcoming and helpful. An excellent breakfast, a great room and situated about 200 meters from seafront. Parking available, large TV room. Will be returning.

Spent a night at Ginnies after watching Solihull Moors play at Grimsby Town in early December. Chose it after reading some great reviews on TripAdvisor which were all spot on. There was nothing my wife and I could fault and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cleethorpes. Our hosts were... More

Ginnie's has been our go to B&B for about 5 years now, & we love it. The attention to detail to make the weary travellers stay as comfortable as possible is mind blowing. I really cannot fault it at all Kim & Stan keep a clean, well decorated, warm (in the winter months) beautiful house. In the summer months make... More

Absolutely top class, twin room was spotless, comfortable and warm. Large bathroom with shower and a bath with complimentary toiletries is a nice touch you don't see so often these days. Large full English breakfast included in price made this Sta even better! Owners very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for a few days in Room 4. The bedroom was very big, with a single bed and a double bed. The bathroom was also very big, with a corner shower and a large separate bath. Everything was clean, the rooms were well decorated, with lots of lovely little touches. There are tea/coffee making supplies, a hairdryer, spare blankets... More

We stayed in a family room with myself, husband and our little girl for one night in our first visit to Cleethorpes. Room was absolutely beautiful, bathroom was spacious with lovely toiletries and clean. Kim was so welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Great location for the beach and promenade, just a fantastic place to stay.
