We stayed at The Comat for one night on Saturday 11th July and were very happy with our stay. We had a family room which contained a double bed and 1 single bed. We had originally been booked into the larger family room but upon arrival we were advised we had been given the smaller room. This was fine for... More

This is a lovely traditional guest house with modern touches and a very lovely host, would recommend and will return. The room was very nice, bed comfy and the bathroom very nice. The room had all you would need for an overnight stay. Very nice breakfast and nothing was too much trouble!

Stayed at the Comat as a last minute decision having found it on Trivago. Was made to feel welcome and stayed in the family room. Spotless clean room with a TV in each room with dvd player. Tea and coffee facilities and even a fridge. Brand new modern bathroom and fluffy towels. Breakfast was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay, a warm welcome and a lovely cooked breakfast this is the perfect place to stay. We had a family room which was just lovely, it was clear the bathroom had been recently completely refitted. The rooms, in fact the whole B&B was spotlessly clean. The bedroom itself had a fridge, tea &... More

We stayed here in February with our 2 children. We stayed in the family room. It was fantastic! There were 2 rooms which is lovely to be able to put the kids to bed, then be in your own room. Quite unusual for a family room. Normally your all in one big room. The room was morden and very clean...the... More

A last-minute decision, to book an over-night stay, in Cleethorpes, found my wife, me and our nine year-old grandson sharing a family room at The Comat. We were pleased with our decision. The location was good; close to the promenade & beach. Our room was clean with an excellent shower/toilet en-suite. The breakfast was served hot and promptly and was... More

Stayed in the COMAT 28-29th November for two nights single room. The owners were very friendly and warm; nothing was too much trouble. Excellent room; recently refurbished and had a very modern twist to the bathroom, lovely decor. Nice touches throughout the bedroom put this above the average B & B. The breakfast was superb; everything hot with a wide... More

We had a two night stay here on 9-11 October, booking a double and a single room for my fiance's mother. The hotel was in a great location near to the seafront and shops. The owners gave us a friendly welcome and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The rooms were very nice and clean, the ensuite bathrooms... More
