Putting Side the dirty room with no towels, lime scaled bath, fire alarms going off at 0100 and fights in the corridor, we awoke to find a bedbug in the sheets and on later inspection a bite on my neck. On asking well demanding a refund we were told nothing could be done until the following week as the manager wouldn't... More

Very cheap for the price in fact unheard of these days and yes it is dated with flaking paint etc but the room was clean had a bathroom which was fairly new and a flat screen TV and tea making facility's at the price of a takeaway meal What do you expect for this price? The staff did a great... More

I don't think this hotel is poor, but to say it is average is also unfair. If you look at the centre of the hallway carpets, they are clean. If you look at the inside of the windows they are painted well and in a state of repair and if you look at most of the wall paper it is... More

This hotel was probably once very nice - about 50 years ago. However, it does not look like it has been refurbished for at least 30 years. It is very run down inside and out. The carpets on the stairs were worn through to the wood and the bannisters had been broken then fixed with a bit of wood screwed... More

So when you arrive on a saturday afternoon to find that over weekends even though there is only a petrol station across a busy dual carriageway "sorry we don't serve food over the weekend except for breakfast" what is that about? Next towels and laundry pretty much anywhere and everywhere u look though out the whole stay! Arrive in the... More

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was very basic, no bedside lights or bedside tables? The noise from the road was constant? We had to ask for more pillows, as there was only one each. They had only provided one hand towel and one bath towel, so had to request another set. There was hair in... More

The only reason we stayed here was because of the price (my husbands choice, I had a bad feeling when we booked). On our arrival at Sixhills we were shocked at how noisy the road was and how run down the hotel looked from the outside. We walked into one of our rooms, it was fairly clean but we found... More

You know what to expect for the price, and it has certainly seen better days. But if all you are after is a room, then this is fine. I have given it four stars because the management were excellent throughout. They helped us with the rooms, and made sure everything was OK, and were only too pleased to help with... More

On arrival 1st impressions are not great, the building is in serious disrepair! However the staff were very friendly do we thought ok let's give this a chance. We booked for 2 night with breakfast. On walking up the stairs we noticed no lighting, very dangerous at 9pm, especially when pregnant! First impression of room very old & dated but... More
