From the moment we arrived, Ragdale reaffirmed why it is award winning. We were welcomed as we got out of the car - our bags taken from us and the check-in seamless. The consistent attention to detail never ceases to amaze me. You are accompanied into the Atrium where you are immediately fetched a complimentary hot drink whilst your details... More

Second time I have been here, liked the improvements they have done,( the pavilion is lovely) Lovely room, and liked you could now have breakfast from 7.30. Good treatments. Expensive but enjoyed it. Would go again. Great service.

Recently visits here for my mums 50th birthday. Upon arriving at the spa we were warmly welcomed and had great expectations for our overnight stay. Bedrooms, staff and meals were all fantastic. Bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly and remembered us when we checked out despite the numerous guests who were there. Food choices were... More

Absolute paradise! I have just returned from a three night Taster Break with my Mum (to celebrate her 75th Birthday) We had a truly wonderful time. The pool and thermal spa are superb and I loved the 'silence please' areas as you could really relax without chatter from other people annoying you. We went to two evening presentations, Clarins and... More

this is my second trip here. although we had a really good laugh last time, a lot of which was at the expense of ragdale hall, i really wish we hadn't come back as it is still pretty poor/average and really not great value for money. On the plus sides - if you are sharing all items charged to your... More

I stayed in room 7, a single superior room for 2 nights on the Blissful Spring Break package. First time I've booked in as a solo guest and ended up in an actual single room - not great! This is a VERY small room, around 8 ft wide but lovely garden views and high ceiling stops it from being claustrophobic.... More

Second trip to Ragdale Hall, and it was just as good as the first time, if not better. We stayed 2 nights in a superior room (95) which was lovely. Huge bed, nice decor etc. I think Ragdale have listened to the guests who have asked to not be woken up by breakfast in bed at 7.30am....thankfully! You now have... More

Came here with ny daughter-in-law (the birthday girl) and my middle stepdaughter. We'd all been before. All facilities excellent but - oh dear - the plinkety plonk piped music - the sort of thing heard in lifts and the nastier shops. The "Thought Room" was a particular offender. I did have thoughts - of taking a "blunt instrument" to whoever... More

Ragdale always delivers. I have been going for several years and wouldn't go to a residential spa anywhere else because it couldn't be this good! Everything is well organised and run with quiet efficiency from the moment you drive up to the hall. The staff are lovely, and the food is fantastic. The pool spa area is so relaxing but... More
