We went towards the end of November Mon- Fri and expected Walnut Lodge to be good, but it was better. The facilities were superb, loved the sauna, very well equipped kitchen, the bathroom - in fact the whole lot. We will be going again, no interest in fishing whatsoever and you don't need to have. All our best plans went... more

We booked Cherry lodge back in February - it wasn't even built then, but, wow, it was definately worth the wait. We planned to go out for a couple of meals as they provide info on local restaurants, but we just didn't want to leave the luxury of the lodge - so we ordered in - details also in lodge.... more

This is the 4th trip I've made here in 6 months. Every time without exception the quality of the accommodation, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the fishing have been outstanding. Joe, Lizzie and Craig make your stay perfect. I'm back again in February and wish I could fit another trip in sooner. Keep up the great... more

Have stayed at EKL twice now - once with my girlfriend and once with 5 mates and both times were amazing - you can get a big 3 bed lodge if you want to go away with friends, or get one of the 5* one bed lodges for something more romantic. You get absolutely what you pay for with IKL... more

Lovely cabins, neatly laid out and will take some time to mature. well equipped and well tended. And you can bring your dog! Have heard that the restaurant which was very good while we were there may have closed earlier this year. The nearest local settlement is MM where everything revolves around its delusion that the world is fascinated with... more

We have visited EKL twice with our two dogs and am just about to book for our third visit! The cabin itself (Sycamore) is pure luxury with everything one would have at home, moreso since we don't have a dishwasher at home! The site is clean and pleasant and the staff are refreshingly friendly and helpful., as were the fellow... more

We first visited Eye Kettleby Lakes in 2007 and stayed in a 3 bedroom lodge with a group of friends. We all absolutely loved everything about it. My husband and I returned on the 2009 August Bank Holiday weekend for a romantic weekend break. It has grown since then - there are new lodges - but is still perfect. The... more
