We stayed here one night as part of a Coronation Street tour and we don't have a single good thing to say about this hotel. National Holidays should take the blame for sending people here, looking at how many bad reviews it's got. Do they not care either? I'd rather they put the prices up on their tours and take... More

Just got back from a national weekend break staying sat night. Rooms had not been cleaned properly for months as dirt was ground on. Asked for change of room only to find alternative rooms were as bad. Only good thing beds had been changed and linen clean. Would never stay here again and National Holidays should be ashamed for bringing... More

We stayed here for one night on a National Holidays trip to Coronation Street this weekend. The hotel seemed pleasant enough on arrival, check in very fast and room was large and airy. It seemed OK but on closer examination it was quite dirty, dust and mucj all around the skirting boards, obviously never had a decent clean for weeks.... More

A good value hotel for a short stay, but the hotel is in major need of refurbishment. The pool and spa is pretty grotty, so dont go there just for this. Food is ok for refueling on a trip, but is not going to win any prizes. Staff friendly and helpful.

We arrived on Saturday 6 September as part if a National Holiday package. As soon as we walked through the door we knew it was going to be awful, and it was! Reception old, tired and smelly. Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Old and clean fine but old and dirty is not acceptable. Dust and con webs everywhere. I had someone... More

YOUR HAVING A LAUGH - This 'hotel' is the absolute pits! Unfortunately had to stop here with National Holidays. One night was a night too many! A visit from Alex Polizzi is needed asap. Better still - close the place down. There are absolutely no redeeming features. Food - inedible. Staff - doing a fab impression of zombies. Room -... More

Stayed here on Sat 6th Sept as part of a National Holiday trip, on finding out which hotel we were staying at we Tripadvised it and was shocked to say the least. On arrival we discovered it was all very true. Old and need of a refurb we could live with but it was disgusting dirty and smelt. We declined... More
