This hotel should be demolished. I have never paid to stay anywhere without heating and hot water and be surrounded by filth! All the previous reviews are absolutely true and not exaggerated. Britannia hotels have photos of their flagship hotels lining the walls - how dare they! I have complained to National Holidays and will be complaining directly to Britannia... More

Really grim room. Dirty and the Tv was old and barely worked. As a single female I felt quite unsafe, with signs telling me to remove all valuables from my car for safe keeping. Wish I'd booked the premier inn across the road. I use the britannia hotels a lot and this was by far the worst.

We thought it fantastic how the hotel staff had decorated the hotel in the Halloween theme but how wrong we were, the cobwebs were real! As we entered the foyer we were hit by a fusty and damp smell which continued throughout the hotel.... More

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. From arriving until leaving the following day. There were a lot of men just sat around in the reception area which was very intimidating and it looked as though they all lived there, which could be why the notice in he room said not to leave any valuables in there. The... More
