We went to the pub quiz here on Easter Sunday night and it was brilliant, highly recommend anyone who is around here to give it a go. Not only is there the pub quiz there was also, open the box game, play your cards right and various other games. In one game a lady won £600!! We were just gutted... More

Lovely old hotel. Very clean good quality linen on the very comfortable bed and soft pillows. The food in the restaurant was really nice and good value, fresh vegetables and everything cooked to perfection and piping hot. Bar food also very good and bar prices very reasonable, the bar staff seemed very busy and everyone had delays today though! The... More

One stayed for one night as was visiting Fleetwood on business. The actual hotel is a traditional style rather than Travelodge-type with high ceilings and unusually high windows. It obviously has some history. But tastefully decorated. Bar serving reasonably priced food. Real ale. But its real winner is the service. Staff immaculately dressed, polite and responsive. Happy to recommend.

Nice hotel - in need of a little TLC. The rooms were clean the only problem was too warm. Even though heating off apparently all the hot water goes through the pipe that runs the length of the room which was hot. Breakfast lovely - staff very obliging. Someone - not at the hotel necessarily - perhaps the local authority... More

Recently had a weekend break here. The overall decor and appearance is quite good - given you are not paying 4 star prices. Staff very friendly and efficient. Meals excellent, especially the breakfast. Bedroom clean and tidy. Parking a bonus. Views excellent. My only issue was that having paid extra for a sea view, the window bottoms in rooms on... More

was made to feel very welcome, no problems at all with the dog, was even brought breakfast up to the bedroom, lovely clean rooms, and a great sea view to wake up to, also found 3 local pubs that also welcomed dogs in, so it made taking our pet away for the weekend a very nice experience, I would highly... We used this hotel as a stop on our journey to Scotland. Great location, dog-friendly, big rooms, comfortable beds, and a tasty cooked breakfast. The staff were genuinely friendly, and very good, really providing a good service. It was also great value for money.

nice hotel, room good, wifi good, restaurant/bar good. Breakfast good, but if you advertise grilled kippers, make sure they are grilled and not boil in the bag, since I love kippers it didnt make much difference, but I guess there are some that it would

Stayed there last Saturday and Sundat night. The room was basic, but comfortable. The idea was to enjoy a relaxing weekend and we certainly did. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice for any dietary requiremens. The drinks in the bar were extremely resonable, as was the menu, with good wholesome food The staff were friendly and obliging. We would... More

Just returned from a dancing weekend break. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The rooms were clean although maybe a little dated. The meals and service were first class with very pleasant staff in attendance. The food in the bar was excellent and promptly served all at reasonable prices. The ballroom is a delight and the gym...
