I found Brooklyn Guest House via the AA web site at the last minute for a business visit. It's one of the cleanest B&Bs I've ever stayed in. Excellent value for money (£29 for a single room, cash or cheque, no credit cards). The owners were very friendly and helpful. My only small criticism would be the lightweight curtains in the room I was in. The large street light outside the room kept the room well light all night! If you stay and need a dark room, ask for one at the back of the house.
