Reception welcoming, great staff, great food, great Medieval Banquet - can highly recommend it and dressing up in medieval costumes a must!! Bedrooms very nice and clean. Swimming pool and gym great, though pool a bit cold. The only downside was breakfast, the restaurant was very nice as was the food and the staff, but in the bedroom it says... more

I stayed at this hotel twice last year and again last week. I've read some of the reviews and quite frankly I can't believe that they are referring to the same hotel. I stay at a number of hotels on business and this is one of my favourites, the staff are alway very friendly and make you feel welcome, great... more

After reading previous reviews I was very sceptical avout staying at Park Hall. We had stayed there a couple of years ago & thought the room was a bit tired but overall had enjoyed it. Our 2 boys (15 & 12) love Camelot & as the hotel is ideally placed for a visit to the theme park we decided to... more

Had stayed previously and ok would never return again. The village accommodation was still the same decoration as origingal stay 8 years ago. My Son was not allowed in one of the jacuzzis as it was for adults only even though he was with us and just sitting quietly talking to us. Food in restaurant on night very poor, good... more

Room within the Village was one of the wosrt we have ever stayed in, would rate it zero if possible. Supposedly refurbished 3 weeks ago the carpet was stained, something had been ripped out of the wall and not repaired, curtains were tatty, pillows were stained and the walls were very thin. Breakfast was a shambles and under staffed, so... more

My 7yr old (127cm) was too tall to be allowed on the pool slide, plus "no balls allowed in the pool" despite us being the only 2 people in there, and the soft ball being smaller than a tennis ball. Jobsworth lifeguard at his best! Food poor. Room smallish but ok. However, no air con and it was 26C. Very... more

Large rooms with a good state of repair. Area outside the hotel dirty and looks like little maintenance. Breakfast was tired but made with products of low quality, plus the worst are the employees of the hotel that made clear how much are racist, that including the general manager. Of course not and will not recommend this place anymore. more

Expensive waste of time. we stayed for two days for our anniversary. Hot breakfast could not be delivered to room although we was told it could at time of booking. No entertainment was available in the evening. Room service was not available in the night as stated in their services booklet so we had to order a pizza to the... more

If I could have graded this hotel lower I would have. Room was dirty, dusty, cold and smelly. Breakfast horrible. The best thing about it was leaving. more
