I recently stayed in the Travel Lodge at Oldham Chatterton for one night with my Husband & Daughter in one of the family rooms after a wedding we had attended during the day. It was very comfortable & reasonably priced for what we needed, so no complaints. Unfortunately I left a pair of shoes behind in the room & the... More

Stayed here in a family room, although the room here is slightly dated, it was clean and staff were polite and friendly. There was a bit of a draft from the window in our room when closed. But was good value at £40 for a Friday evening family room. We would stay here again.

Stayed here Sat eve as we were attending a party close by.Got room 101 should have know haha. It was close to the junction of motorway link road so was fairly noisy. Would ask for a room on opposite side next time and further down corridor as you could hear other guests coming in.Very squeaky floor. reception staff warm and... More

Clean room, nice bed, very basic. Cheap enough but very noisy floors through out the hotel, it all creeks? Not the hotels fault but was woken up by a group of women outside my door early hours, sounded like 30 of them, the door stopped none of the noise. One old wooden chair in the room that would have looked... More

Good clean Travelodge. A little out of the way but close to Oldham and not far from M60. Free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but very comfortable. Toby Restaurant next door so ideal for Breakfast or Dinner.

I stayed here with my disabled daughter, so we were in the easy access room. The carpet was so tacky we had to keep our shoes on. The shower was cold and to far away from the seat, it may have been an easy access room but the shower suited no one, standing or seated. The room was so cold... More

Superb welcome from lovely helpful young lady, great start ! The room was large and spotlessly clean, but oh dear a blast out of the Baronial period. Again the bed linen was clean and fresh, although the quilts inside, which hung out of the bottom, were rather grubby looking. The bathroom again spotless even if dated. Word of advise to... More

My partner and I were really made to feel welcome on arrival, Room clean and ready for occupation, slept well and enjoyed our two night stay at this small but cosy Travelodge. Despite the closeness to the main road there was no interference with our sleep. Right next door is a Toby Carvery and Grill too which was very convenient... More

This Travelodge is clean, tidy, quiet, yet ideally located for the motorway network. My room was bright, cheerful, spotlessly clean and the bathroom equally so.Fresh towels, helpful and polite staff, with good local knowledge.

Take care when booking as all of the twin rooms back onto motorway chose a double which faces the car park. Only 6 parking spaces, if you arrive late park in pub next door which also serves a very good breakfast.
