If a hotel had been abandoned, all the fixtures stripped, and then occupied by squatters who were then advertising it as a working hotel, you'd have the Keirby Park Hotel. No toilet paper, no soap, no television, no phone, no hot water. Filthy. Broken windows- and by broken, I mean the glass.
