Lovely night away. Comfortable, clean rooms. Some quirky decoration; children found some of it a bit over the top. Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent scallops and steak for dinner and good breakfast. Snooker table to keep us entertained.

A lovely country house hotel with quirky interior design! It seems every corner reveals some fresh oddity. The phone box full of ancient Encyclopaedia Brittanica volumes, Ebenezzer Scrooge on the landing, an apothecary display outside our room and others discovered at every turn. The restaurant delivered to expectations and the evening finished in the snooker room with a performance that... More

We have been to Rosehill House three times for an early Friday evening meal and enjoyed it very much. There is an excellent early bird menu at a very reasonable price from 6.30 to 7.30. Or of course you can have the main menu. The lounge is lovely, large and comfortable with big leather sofas. Food is excellent and service... More

Spent a Saturday night here after a family wedding. A very nice hotel with pretty garden and grounds. Bedroom very clean with comfy bed, only disadvantage on 2nd floor with velux window that didn't fully open and not able to see out of it as high. Room could also benefit from better lighting over the mirrors. Great choice at breakfast... More

We stayed here as we were going to a wedding reception. We were a family of two adults and two children.
