Really nice and friendly staff, they bent over backwards to be helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. We had a good nights sleep and were not woke up during the night by other guests. The location was excellent, very close to town.

The double bed certainly was not as described on the website, shower was total rubbish, annoyingly the web site has took 4 payments for one booking so not have to wait a week for the money to be returned.

Yes Travelodge has improved - the beds are comfortable and the pillows have some stuffing in them but the buildings are tired and dated and appear tatty. For the cost of my recent stay at the Travelodge in Burnley I could have stayed at the Premier Inn but chose Travelodge as it was closer to my in laws. I made... More

Fairly small and in a quiet location. Checkin staff very friendly with recommendations for places to eat - I ate at Kenanks next door which was good value. Very hot day and the staff had thoughtfully drawn the curtains in the room to keep it cooler. Room was very spacious, about 11 channels on the TV. Bathroom had a very... More

Great little out of the way travel lodge. Everyone at reception that we encountered were friendly, gave us recommendations for restaurants. Rooms were great, lovely and quiet. We were on the ground floor only set back you could hear sometimes people upstairs. Comfy bed, Wifi and tea coffee making

No confirmation email to confirm room was received. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. No hairdryer in the room but reception were able to provide one. Very cheap rate and very good value for money. Used the diner next door to eat on a takeaway basis.

We stayed bank hoilday sunday in may , and was looking forwards to a new look travelodge. The staff was really friendly on arrival. When we got to our room there was very little to shout about . The room was clean at first sight but looking the pillow cases had stains on them and the runner over the bottom... More

Stayed here for one night in May and was delighted by the service. First time I have stayed here and got off to a great start! Greeted by Hayley, the manager, who truly understands what customer service is all about. Took a great deal of trouble telling me about the hotel, area, etc. Rooms were to a great standard and... Stay here when visiting family in the area. This hotel is basic, cheap but comfortable. The staff however are amazing, nothing too much trouble, always a warm welcome. Great stay. Thanks to all again.
