Just returned from a winter package deal which was great value. Room was comfy, well equipped and had recently been decorated so all very fresh. Good range of toiletries. Staff were very welcoming and our meal on the first night which was part of the deal was delicious.

We stayed just one night, we found the hotel without any problems considering it's location, understand some people had problems finding it, our GPS took us to the hotel. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful showing us to our room and around the hotel. The hotel has great view over the estuary and nice grounds. I am sure the... More

Decided it would be a good idea to stay here. However, upon arrival we where show to our room which has not worth the price and the hotel was actually closer to blean and not whitstable. Secondly, when there was an issue with breakfast an the receptionist tried to help all you heard was the manager yelling at the recptionist... More

Have just returned home from a wonderful stay at the Crescent Turner Hotel. Had a beautiful deluxe ground floor room with a sea view. The room had a lounge area which looked down towards the coast. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We felt that the price offered excellent value for money. The rest of... More

A lovely relaxing and peaceful hotel. The staff were faultlessly friendly & helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and stylish we stayed in a standard double. The food was fantastic both dinner and breakfast. All in all a perfect experience - would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Spacious room looking out to the sea, excellent breakfast in light and airy room. Staff very helpful. The lounge area could be bigger and is full late afternoon. Soundproofing not great, a couple next door talking and laughing into the early hours, although not raucous, kept us awake. Comfy bed and well appointed bathroom.
