Host made us very welcome and provided exra heater for our room. Room with balcony but no view worth mentioning. Attractively decorated room but bed small at 4'6" with hollowfibre pillows. No cooked breakfast and bed not made up. What is the point of going away for a weekend if not to have a good fry-up and someone to do... More

We recently stayed at the b&b. Like another reviewer on here, we were unable to find the it at first as there's no signage. Tom the owner is very friendly & hospitable & the b&b is very stylish. However it is very expensive for what you get. We paid £130 for double room (you have to pay in cash) when... More

We've just returned from a 2 night stay at the beautiful front rooms in Whitstable and would recommend it, even in the deepest of winter! The rooms are tasteful and chic and the owner is very friendly. Lots of little touches make it very special and we would definitely go back. We walked to Canterbury and to Faversham and ran... More

Our trip to Whitstable was a short weekend one, a romantic type, where a couple wants to get away from the city noise and spend time together by the sea. We've never been here before and this b&b was recommended to us by a friend. And I can not thank them enough for such a marvellous recommendation. The b&b is... More

We recently stayed at The Front Rooms in Whitstable and had a very enjoyable stay. Julie (the owner) was very welcoming and there were special touches that were done extremely well. We paid extra for the balcony en-suite double and were pleased with it, despite a problem with the decking. It was lovely to enjoy the complimentary cold mini-bottle of... More

I found this place just the week before we stayed there. I've wanted to go to Whitstable for a while and so escaping London for the weekend and having my husband'a birthday to celebrate was the perfect excuse. The house itself is beautiful, so many original features, stylish but also really cosy with gorgeous soft rugs over the bed, plus... More

Julie runs a very beautiful B&B that is also very comfortable. Great breakfasts and well located with a pleasant 10 minute walk through the harbour and along the beach to the centre of Whistable. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at The Front Rooms. Whitstable is a really lovely place and The Front Rooms seems to be one if the most stylish options. It's a really welcoming and calming place to stay with delicious breakfasts. Beautiful decor too. If you'd like to stay in a boutique b&b this is for you.

Gorgeous decor and very stylish whilst still managing to make the place feel warm and welcoming. We stayed on a cold and blustery march evening and this made the perfect retreat to come back to post a walk along the seafront. Great location only a 5 min walk to the old town and only a couple of minutes and you... More

A spacious, light and airy B&B. Tom was a fantastic host from start to finish, providing a friendly welcome and amazing breakfast in the lounge/gallery. Unlike most B&B's, this did not feel like a cramped space to stay, which made us feel relaxed immediately. The books and art work in the rooms and lounge were a joy and everything was... More
