Was staying in a hotel nearby and was moved here for two nights over the weekend and after checking out the area I was looking forward to it, pity really. Turned up early so I had a choice of rooms so I chose room 2 on the ground floor with the garden entrance, nice room, very light although the room... More

We decided at the last minute to go somewhere special for my 40th birthday. One night at Whitstable seemed to be the perfect destination, but I did want to be by the seaside and near the town centre. This is how we found Copeland house which offers up to 6 bedrooms. We experienced the attic sea view bedroom which is... More

We stayed here for two nights on the 30 and 31st August. A great location on the beach, amongst it, all and very easy to park the car in the adjacent car park about £10.00 a day which you can pay for in one go. We had room 2 which was very ok but the dedicated ensuite was across the... More

You know when you've been looking forward to something for far too long that you can't even remember what peaked your interest in the first place? Then, when you finally get around to doing it, it disappoints? Well, I've been looking forward to staying at Copeland House, and visiting Whitstable, for far too long now... I was reminded why upon... More

Myself and friend stayed at Copeland House this weekend for my birthday and it was lovely! Perfectly situated right on the beach and just a stones throw away from shops and places to eat, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. We stayed in room 4 which had a double bed and a smaller single bed which was fine for... More

My partner and I booked a room at Copeland house on Friday and Saturday night in mid-February to visit a friend who was exhibiting some art at the Horsebridge Gallery. We had the ground-floor double room closest to the dining room which although cosy enough, looked like it had seen better days - the mattress certainly felt like it had... More

My husband and I stayed along with my cousin and her partner. When booking the rooms we were told they don't normally accept babies but as we had booked both of the ground floor rooms we would be okay. The owner explained her guests come for the peace and quiet. We stayed in Room 1 which is en suite. The... More
