Great location by the sea and harbour. Car park next door which charges 90p per hour between 8am to 8.30pm but free parking on the street, if you can find a space! Clean, comfortable room. Delicious breakfast served in wood panelled room with a cheerful character sat in the corner. Good value. Friendly staff. There is 5Mb wifi but no... More

We stayed in room 6 which had the most beautiful view. The room was very comfortable and we could not have felt more welcomed. We had my 3 year old son and again he was well looked after. At breakfast the ladies could not do enough. The scrambled eggs and smoked salmon was yummy. We would definitely stay again.

Visited Copeland House over the Oyster Festival Weekend, excellent location, you can walk everywhere, car park close by. Room was ok, bathroom needed a goood clean, lots of mould in shower, which was off putting to be honest and towels were very old. Bed was comfy, really liked the dining room, light and airy, breakfast was of good quality, poached... More

We arrived at Copeland House on the Friday evening. I was very surprised that when the owner answered the door she did not bother to show us to our room. In fact, we got the distinct impression that we were an inconvenience to her. We were in room 5 at the top of the house. The bed was uncomfortable and... More

We have just spent two weeks at Copeland House, Whitstable while I was dealing with my Mother's estate. We felt so much at home here. The room was lovely, comfortable and bright with ensuite shower. Breakfast was excellent with a great fruit salad to start. The owner, Georgina, became a friend, she is a real character. The staff were also... More

Was staying in a hotel nearby and was moved here for two nights over the weekend and after checking out the area I was looking forward to it, pity really. Turned up early so I had a choice of rooms so I chose room 2 on the ground floor with the garden entrance, nice room, very light although the room... More

We decided at the last minute to go somewhere special for my 40th birthday. One night at Whitstable seemed to be the perfect destination, but I did want to be by the seaside and near the town centre. This is how we found Copeland house which offers up to 6 bedrooms. We experienced the attic sea view bedroom which is... More

I am a big fan of Whistable as a town, having been coming here since I was a child. My husband and I have been many times for the day or for a weekend and had often wanted to stay at Copeland House as it is a beautiful building in a lovely location. We booked to stay for two nights... More

We stayed here for two nights on the 30 and 31st August. A great location on the beach, amongst it, all and very easy to park the car in the adjacent car park about £10.00 a day which you can pay for in one go. We had room 2 which was very ok but the dedicated ensuite was across the... More
