We had a marvellous one night stay at Centuries B&B in Hythe. A warm welcoming, beautifully appointed room with even a complimentary small bottle of wine. Breakfast was delicious. What more would one want... not to mention the impressive history of the building.

Centuries is like no other B and B I've ever stayed in, being a beautiful home rich in history and packed with a dazzling collection of art and antiques. Staying in the master bedroom was a truly magical experience, as was opening the curtains to the glorious colour in the terrace garden each morning. John and Milaena are fascinating and... More

Well what an amazing place to stay! We have visited many such establishments especially in South Africa which were wonderful. Centuries is up there with the finest. It is one of the oldest houses in England with a wealth of history behind it. The hosts were both so friendly and great to chat to and made us feel like friends.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights over Easter and really enjoyed our stay. The b&b is well located - just off Hythe high street. Although there aren't any parking spaces specifically for the b&b, there is off road parking and John and Milaena made sure there was a space free for us by parking their car there until we arrived.... I would defy anone to find a better B&B than this. Beautiful old building, gracious, kind and friendly hosts, John even moved his car for us so we could park right outside. We had to be up early for our Shuttle ( only 15 drive away) but John prepared fresh soft fruit, orange juice, warm crossiants and even made us... More

I stayed here with a friend in may 2012 (can't select the right period), and we really loved it here. The building is very authentic, the very friendly and welcoming couple took the time to tell us about the interesting history of it. Our room was big and wealthy, with a nice four poster bed. The little garden is an... More

Found this wonderful B & B on TripAdvisor. Truly beautiful house; full of antiques and charm. John and Milaena very gracious hosts and knowledgeable about the history of their home. All spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing, freshly squeezed orange juice, perfectly cooked eggs and a selection of fresh fruit to name a few items-forget about needing lunch that day. We'd... More

Booked in May, stayed for one night. Attracted to it because of its history. Just love to stay in unusual B&Bs. Very old building, c. 13century. We stayed in master bedroom. Huge 4 poster bed. Wonderful room. Loved all the antique and unusual furniture. Sweet patio and clean bathroom. All clean and special. I adored the room freshener which suited... More

We had a lovely couple of days in this fabulous old cottage, John and Milaena couldn't have been more welcoming or knowledgeable about the house. The room was spacious and the bed was fantastic. John prepared the most sumptuous breakfasts and it was enough to keep you going all day. Go on the local walking tour of hythe it was... More

We were moving in to Hythe to live and we decided that we would come and stay here the night before we took over our new house (which is why this review is a bit late as we're still surrounded by several cardboard boxes). We stayed in the Master bedroom and can only say that it was wonderful. Lovely room,... More
